How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel from there. MealSmith cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. All billing is managed by Apple.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open MealSmith, go to Settings, tap MealSmith Unlimited, then tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
I was charged but the app still shows the free limit. What do I do?
Tap Restore Purchases in Settings → MealSmith Unlimited. This usually resolves it. If it doesn't, email hello@mealsmith.ai and we'll look into it.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by MealSmith. Visit apple.com/support to request one. MealSmith cannot issue refunds directly.
Can I use MealSmith on iPad?
MealSmith is designed for iPhone. It will run on iPad, but the layout is optimised for iPhone and may not make full use of the larger screen.
My recipe didn't import correctly. What should I do?
Some sites block automated imports. Try using the photo scan option instead. Point your camera at the recipe on screen or in a book and MealSmith will read it directly. If that doesn't work either, email hello@mealsmith.ai with the URL and we'll look into it.
